**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Crown Roofing. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and in accordance with agreed programmes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in the cladding sector and have led a cladding team. You will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication, supervision, and managerial skills, as well as knowledge of roof installation and Health and Safety legislation.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning forthcoming site labour requirements, maintaining close contact with main contractors, and ensuring all works on site are undertaken in accordance with safe working practices. You will also be required to submit proof of delivery documents to the office and carry out quality control checks on all materials received to site.

You must be able to read and interpret drawing specifications for roofing projects and have a good level of computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Microsoft Project is a plus. We are looking for a reliable and approachable individual with an open and honest attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan forthcoming site labour requirements.
  • Maintain close contact with main contractors.
  • Ensure all works on site are undertaken in accordance with safe working practices.
  • Submit proof of delivery documents to the office.
  • Carry out quality control checks on all materials received to site.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the cladding sector.
