Technical Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software services and platforms that impact thousands of employees and millions of users.

• Scope, architect, and lead technical projects to improve on existing features and solve new problems.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems.
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Teach and mentor engineers to grow into the next generation of leaders.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure features are part of an integrated suite.

• 2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in any programming language.
• Strong collaboration skills, can work across workstreams within your team and contribute to your peers' success.
• Ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and think of yourself as entrepreneurial.
• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight users.
