Marketing Manager Role

This is a strategic marketing manager role that oversees the marketing efforts across various hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior marketing roles within hospitality, events or related sectors. They should have a proven track record of creating and managing successful events that attract a public audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support commercial goals and character of each venue.
  • Lead on event design, promotion and delivery, including live entertainment, food-focused promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely, practical and measurable marketing activity.
  • Manage digital channels, including social media, email marketing, websites and advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve visual identity and tone of voice for each venue, ensuring brand consistency without losing individuality.
  • Built partnerships with local organisations, promoters and media to increase visibility and footfall.
  • Monitor performance data, generate regular reports and make evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, events or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of creating, marketing and managing events that attract a public audience.
  • Strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers.
  • Confident communicator able to write clearly, brief others effectively and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms and basic website CMS systems.
