Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team in a hardworking and award-winning kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in planning, preparing, and presenting meals of the highest quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Assist in planning, preparing, and presenting meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
  • Team Management: Support the head chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a 4/5 star property with a background in restaurant, banquet, and bar food operations. As an aspiring Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef De Partie, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a progressive and innovative kitchen environment.

Requirements:
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Coaching and Development: Excellent coaching and development skills to support the growth of junior staff members.
