The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to take on the responsibility of moving our Joe Duffy Volkswagen Navan Business to the next level. As a fast-paced business with a hands-on approach, you will be expected to lead by example. Target driven, you will thrive within an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate success by increasing profitability and improving customer and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive sales management experience at manufacturer or retail level
  • Assess dealership sales performance, enhance sales processes, increase revenues, and drive best practices sharing across the sales department
  • Lead a long-established, experienced sales team with natural leadership flair to develop people and business
  • Be an influential, analytical, and motivational leader who coaches the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals
  • Drive and deliver the company vision, working closely with manufacturer partners to exceed their aspirations
