Beauty Artistry Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Artist to provide exceptional customer service and showcase our products through expert artistry skills.

About the Role
  • You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed targets, adapting your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive success.
  • You will build strong relationships with team members and management, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • You will champion world-class artistry and customer experience, embodying the brand values and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert makeup applications and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new launches and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
About You:
  • Ideal NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in beauty retail or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
