About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our QA & Documentation department as a Grant Documentation Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the grant management process, ensuring the preparation and collection of accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, working closely with the grant management team.
  • Monitor grant deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documentation.
  • Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders, and other professionals on documentation requirements.
Main Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support and document coordination role.
  • Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments or within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
