Job Title: Data Privacy Expert

The primary objective of the Data Privacy Expert is to enforce client policies by analyzing requests under European Law Legislations. This involves reviewing and processing privacy requests, handling users' privacy inquiries, and following clients' guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools in Italian and for various other markets as required.
  • Evaluate the validity of each request in line with our clients' policies.
  • Continually educate yourself about changes to policies and protocols with the support of internal Training and Quality Departments.
  • Work closely with internal policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries using response frameworks.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex requests.

Preferred qualifications include fluency in written and spoken Italian and English, motivated individuals who thrive in environments requiring strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
