We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our care team in Limerick. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide calm, supportive leadership that fosters a positive environment and promotes excellence in patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and clinical governance practices.
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
Qualifications
  • NMBI registration
  • Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
  • Warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff
  • Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
