Job Description: As an Insurance Renewal Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and handling insurance renewals on a daily basis. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. Your duties will also include ensuring that renewal terms are issued to clients in line with Central Bank requirements, examining the market for alternative products to suit clients' needs, and updating databases to reflect material changes to policies. In addition, you will be required to issue revised quotes following policy alterations and liaise with colleagues throughout the group and with insurers.

About the Role:
You will be at the forefront of all things insurance, managing clients and handling their renewals on a daily basis while building great relationships internally and externally with new and existing customers.

Key Skills:
  • APA qualification
  • Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment
  • Sales or customer service experience in a similar role required
