The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with international and national guidelines and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of medical scientists in providing laboratory services
  • Supervise staff and ensure their competence in performing tests and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with international and national guidelines and standards
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
  • Participate in research activities and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Medical Science or related field
  • Registration on the Medical Scientists Register maintained by CORU
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
