About the Role

TalentHub is looking for a Strategic Commercial Leader to deliver commercial success by taking the proposition from inception to a fully operational business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching and scaling businesses, with deep experience in P&L ownership and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering commercial success.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders from Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Brand, Technology, Product Development and CRM.
  • Drive business growth through sales enablement, pipeline structuring, and B2B partnership negotiations.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. A strong background in P&L management, FMCG Retail, Hospitality, Travel or Ecommerce businesses that trade internationally is advantageous.

Others

This is a mid-senior level role, reporting directly to senior management. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, problem-solve, and drive results in a busy/well populated market.
