Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals attending our Day Services. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with activities of daily living, offering guidance, promoting independence, and supporting them in engaging in community-based activities.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of Level 7 in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • A passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also independently.
  • A full clean manual driving license is essential.
