Job Title: Nurse Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill the role of Nurse Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign staff duties and distribute workload efficiently
  • Promote teamwork and excellence in resident care
  • Conduct resident rounds and assessments
  • Report concerns and manage staff performance
  • Sustain staff development and resident education
  • Participate in emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • Coordinate activities across the facility
Requirements:
  • A valid RN license
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in long-term care (preferably)
  • Three to five years of nursing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer residents
  • Strong documentation skills and visual acuity
