About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will support our Senior HR Business Partner in managing and enhancing the needs of our client group.

Job Description

This is a proactive and strategic role that requires a generalist approach to HR activities, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Guide employees with HR queries and manage family-friendly policies and sickness absence.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and support HR transformation projects.
  • Update/create policy documents, support talent cycle processes, and assist in performance reviews.
  • Consult on employee relations issues, provide analytical support for performance metrics, and collaborate with the recruitment team.
  • Understand resourcing requirements, support immigration management and mobility, and utilize and develop talent development resources.
  • Identify training needs, organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and create action plans post-engagement surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Certification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software (Workday, Service Now), strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail.
