About the Role:
The Utilities Technician will be an integral member of the utilities group, responsible for the operation and maintenance of all the WWTP process steps and utilities systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical disciplines, including all types of welding, and have working knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage electrical systems. They should also be able to create mechanical drawings and files, and have experience with SCADA and BMS systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance support for the WWTP and plant central utilities
  • Plant operation and administration tasks
  • Supporting the Health Safety team in carrying out risk assessments and training the Maintenance Team
  • Managing and supporting the Utilities Lead Technician on all service contracts
