Ecommerce Enablement Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Enablement Lead to oversee Mid-Market accounts in Southern Europe, mainly in France. You will source, activate, and enable new partners within your region, including e-commerce focused marketing agencies and systems integrators. Your goal will be to prepare and activate partners before they transition to the managed team for ongoing growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers to map, identify, and onboard high-potential new partners.
  • Research and vet new inbound agencies to identify high quality partners.
  • Educate new partners on our partner program.
  • Train new partners on how to best leverage our tools and enablement resources available through the partner program to help them best serve their clients and grow their own businesses.
  • Surface new business opportunities for the sales team through the rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads from our partners.
  • Ensure partners are engaged with our onboarding program.
  • Partner closely with Support, Customer Success, and the direct Sales team to ensure a remarkable partner experience.
