About the Role:

This Senior Rebate Analyst position is responsible for leading the settlement planning and execution process for Channel Management. You will be part of a team that drives improvements and alignment across all aspects of rebates and claims settlements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, distribution channel management, and accounts receivable. Additionally, they will have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.

Duties:
  • Act as regional process owner to drive improvements and alignment across subsidiaries.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to rebate disputes & deductions to determine cause, provide solutions, and manage operational escalations.
  • Engage directly with the regional customer base to ensure healthy relationship dynamics and drive process improvements through the POS to Rebate Settlement interaction.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bias for action, ability to manage global stakeholders Leadership and strong business partnering across supply chain, pricing & sales-related organizations
  • Fundamental awareness of accounting principles
