We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our expanding team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of building surveying disciplines, supporting a national client.
- Deliver commercial building surveying services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and project delivery.
- Produce high-quality reports and documentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and fee generation.
- MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Commercially astute with experience in a proactive consultancy environment.
- Excellent technical building knowledge and strong project delivery skills.
- Strong report writing and client presentation abilities.
- Embraces technology and innovation in service delivery.
- A confident communicator and effective team player.
