The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, preferably with experience in supervisory roles within disability services. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, direct, and coordinate the work of a team while providing consistent and quality support for vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities">- Implementing quality and safe processes and systems within the residence or residences under your care.
- Oversight of Social Care Assistants and Volunteers.
- Effective implementation of compliance with statutory requirements and quality and safety standards.
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the Person in Charge (PIC).
