  • Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  • Work closely with internal/Sales department to understand purchasing needs and align procurement processes accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Stock Controller/Planner or in similar role.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in SAGE, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific products and materials is an advantage.
