Main Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Sales & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and offer additional services to existing clients where relevant.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
  • Quoting: Prepare accurate and professional quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the signage, print, or graphics sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
