Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of sales associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring that the team has the tools to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service and guidance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and team development.
  • Represent the brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message.
  • Responsible for merchandising products according to standards while ensuring they are easy to see and buy.
  • Support sales initiatives, visual and operational elements, and customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
  • Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and managerial skills, such as giving feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  • Opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits according to procedures.
