Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Diabetes Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the care of children with diabetes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients with diabetes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients with diabetes
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on self-management of diabetes
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes

Required qualifications include:

  • Significant depth and breadth of post-registration nursing experience in children's (diabetes) care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
