The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and store operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local business plans, including sales strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandise presentations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business
