Health and Wellness Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Health and Wellness team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

About the Role:

  • Welcome and connect with customers, offering expert advice on skincare, health, and lifestyle products.
  • Share knowledge and recommendations across various product ranges.
  • Keep up-to-date with new products, launches, and wellness trends.
  • Deliver excellent service while achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain a beautifully presented, well-stocked, and inviting store environment.
  • Support events, workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist with stock management, merchandising, and till operations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Retail or sales experience, preferably in skincare, health, beauty, or wellness.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and lifestyle products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach with great problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with flexibility to adapt in a busy retail environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods.
