At SISK Group, we are seeking a skilled Financial Data Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Group Supplier Master Data requests and ensuring data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer Supplier Master Data in accordance with established rules and standards.
  • Support mass changes to the Supplier Master Data while maintaining data integrity.
  • Maintain and update documentation in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide data support during internal and external audits as required.
  • Participate in Supplier Master Data improvement projects to identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supplier master data processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a busy environment with a proven track record of managing complex data systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial operating systems with a preference for COINS experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
