Senior Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineering specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.
- Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, X-ray/CT for PCBA analysis.
