Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time store supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and implementing effective strategies to improve performance.
  • In the absence of any other management, you may be required to open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  • Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience by providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
  • Demonstrating products and assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  • Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Earring piercing (you will receive full training).
  • Maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring it looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
