Process Optimization Specialist


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our manufacturing and project management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes to drive efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing process specifications and performance requirements to identify areas for improvement
  • Compiling and analyzing data to establish performance standards for new products and processes
  • Summarizing and drawing conclusions from test results to inform technical resolution
  • Troubleshooting new products and processes with product development teams
  • Driving improvements in process design, layout, and operational performance
  • Demonstrating expertise in validation techniques and regulatory requirements
  • Promoting a cross-functional teamwork environment and actively contributing to it
  • Evaluating equipment, processes, and chemicals for environmental impact and effect
  • Providing technical guidance to Associate Engineers and technicians
  • Fostering a culture of best practices and patient safety within the department
  • Ensuring direct reports are aware of their commitment to patient safety and product quality, current with training requirements, and compliant with regulations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process optimization and improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
