Job Description

The Person In Charge will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulation compliance. You will work closely with our team to provide direct care to individuals, assess their needs, and develop personalized care plans.

You will also be responsible for leading and participating in the On-Call support system, which requires a flexible approach to working hours. The post holder must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care
  • A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care
  • Level 6 Management qualification
  • Proven track record of managing a residential service that meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements
  • Full current driving license with full eligibility to drive in Ireland, and access to a vehicle
