Technical Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Automation Specialist to fill the role of Automation Technical Lead in our Biopharma division. As a Technical Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Delta V control system design and its application in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing technical standards, work processes, module templates, phase templates, procedural and recipe design conventions, Delta V integration approaches to MES.
  • Leading and overseeing the work produced by System Integrators, ensuring that it meets the required technical standards and work processes.
  • Collaborating with System Integrator Engineers and Developers.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to client Automation Area Leads.
Qualifications:
  • BS Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Biopharma engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in Delta V control system design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation knowledge.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
