Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our team as a technical lead for Workday integrations. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Workday platform, including configuring applications, creating integrations, building reports, and customizing workflows.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the Key HR system for a Large Manufacturing industry business.
  • You will manage operations of Workday integrations catering payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally.
  • You will supervise the Workday operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new Workday integrations and enhance existing integrations using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio.
  • Develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix) for HR users using Workday Report Writer.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements in Workday integrations and reports.
  • Conduct bi-annual Workday upgrade testing using SMART Kainos Test Manager.
  • Front face customers and stand as the first point of contact for escalations.

Requirements

  • Workday Integrations and Studio Experience.
  • Experience in Workday Integrations (APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces).
  • Workday Reporting.
  • Workday HCM.
  • Workday Studio.
  • XML / XSLT / HTML.
  • SOAP / REST APIs.
