Operational Support Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operational Support Manager.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the laser team. Key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing day-to-day laser clinic operations, managing the laser team, performing daily administration and reporting tasks, building relationships with suppliers, managing workflow/diary and team schedules, and covering and providing support to various clinic locations across Ireland.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mentorship and Coaching:
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate laser staff to achieve excellence in service and performance through KPIs.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training of laser staff.
  • Covering support team member when on annual leave.
  • Team Leadership and Support:
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote staff retention and development.
Benefits:
  • Based in Cork with travelling to other clinics 1-2 days a week.
  • Working week: Monday-Friday.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week including bank holidays.
  • Evenings and occasional weekends.
  • Requires own car.
  • Additional driving expenses will be covered.
