About the Financial Leadership Role

As a seasoned SAP Business Analyst Lead, you will spearhead the Record to Report (R2R) workstream, focusing on Treasury and Banking, Finance and Controlling (FICO), Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy SAP modules and functionalities within the R2R workstream.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial processes.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations to support R2R processes.
  • Drive process improvements in financial close, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.
  • Optimize treasury and banking processes, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, and bank communication.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role focused on R2R processes.
  • Proven expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury, PaPM, and FP&A modules.
  • Strong knowledge of financial close, general ledger, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of finance and technology, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple departments.
