Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and repairs using technical manuals and special tools.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless operation of the service department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Service Advisor software.
