Enterprise Security Risk Management Senior Manager

As a senior manager, you will oversee the enterprise security risk management team in managing regional crisis management and intelligence centers. You are responsible for understanding and contributing to all processes analysts perform, ensuring quality control of issued communications and products, managing operations, scheduling, evaluating performance, collaborating with other managers, and reporting to the global manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations, scheduling, and evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate with other managers and report to the global manager.
  • Work closely with management teams, facilities, and property management to ensure effective operations.
  • Supervise analysts who monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence, research and develop assessments on emerging threats, support emergency responses, conduct intelligence assessments for regional events, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and provide credentialing support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in OSINT research and management, a solid academic background, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, knowledge of risk assessment principles, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
