About the Role:

The Fleet Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the Obelisk transport fleet, ensuring its smooth operation, maintenance, and reporting. This role will require strong administrative and analytical skills to manage data effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all transport-related matters.
  • Analyze data to produce high-level reports on fleet performance.
  • Implement and operate a fleet software system to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a working environment that complies with Road Transport Health and Safety legislation.
  • Ensure employees are trained accordingly to adhere to company policies.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Road Transport Legislation.
  • Accredited Certificate of Professional Competence certified by the Department of Transport.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reports.
  • Good MS Office skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
