Senior Physiotherapist - Children's Disability Services
The role of Senior Physiotherapist within our team is to provide expert physiotherapy services to children and young people with disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our multi-disciplinary team.

About the Job

We are looking for someone with experience working with children and young people who have physical disabilities. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating physiotherapy interventions to improve the physical functioning and well-being of clients.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including doctors, occupational therapists and speech therapists. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions for clients with physical disabilities.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client assessments and treatment plans.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to physiotherapy services.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. CORU).
• Experience working with children and young people with physical disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
