Private Equity Fund Administrator

About this role:
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in the private equity industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of private equity funds, including maintaining shareholders registers, communicating with investors, and processing payments and other transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Processing transactions and payments
- Communicating with investors and stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the fund management team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory requirements
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
