The successful candidate will be responsible for managing everyday reservations and bookings, including:
- Managing inquiries and planning itineraries for golf members
- Organising transport and logistics bookings
- Arranging accommodation
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a professional manner and positive attitude. They will also be computer proficient and experienced in using CRM software packages.
This role requires flexibility, as the working hours will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotation basis.
