Job Overview

We seek an experienced Physiotherapy Specialist to lead our physiotherapy team in East Cork.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex conditions.
  • Provide expert Physiotherapy interventions focusing on Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Sports Injuries, and Rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy and contribute to clinical practice improvement.
  • Mentor junior physiotherapists within the team.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum three years postgraduate physiotherapy experience working in a clinical setting or sports medicine.
  • Expertise in Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, and Sports Rehabilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage a caseload.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualification in sports physiotherapy or musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Experience working with strength and conditioning coaches, sport scientists, and rehabilitation specialists.
