We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Housing and Property Operations Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our housing and property operations in Dublin, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the housing and property team, with a focus on performance appraisal, staff development, team development, engagement, and communication.
  • Develop and coordinate property and estate management arrangements, ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines.
  • Review and develop property management procedures and policies, maintaining data integrity of the Asset Management Plan.
  • Coordinate RTB registration and relationships with recognised resident associations and management companies.
  • Represent the organisation at external stakeholder forums and internal working groups, ensuring seamless customer contact and sustainable communities.
  • Measure and report KPIs, including compliance with external benchmarks such as Local Authorities, Housing Regulator, and RTB requirements.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Director of Property and Housing.
Requirements
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification to at least degree level.
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience in social housing.
  • Practical experience in preparing RTB cases and attending Adjudication and Tribunal hearings.
  • Proven knowledge of all relevant legislation.
  • Strong leadership capability, drive, and ambition, with ability to take the initiative.
  • Positive and proactive approach to managing diverse teams.
  • Strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and management skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional communications skills, including excellent presentation skills.
