We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Security team in Ireland. As Chief Security Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security plans, providing guidance on risk assessment and mitigation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and security of Apple's assets.

 

About the Role

 

You will have extensive experience in corporate site security or program management, with a proven track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Your expertise will include leadership, hiring, and developing teams, as well as negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement site-specific security procedures and plans
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and development discussions with team members
  • Establish relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, EHS, facilities, and outside vendors
  • Project management oversight, attend meetings, and communicate updates to the team
  • Strategize and forecast with leaders from business groups who request security services

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate site security or program management
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced customer service settings
  • Established expertise in corporate site security or program management preferred, global experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
