  • Engage with new and existing leads, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer energy needs and provide tailored solutions across Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Windows/Doors, and Insulation.
  • Develop customized proposals, detailing technical and financial benefits, and explain grant eligibility and funding options clearly.
  • Act as the customer's single point of contact during the sales process, managing their journey from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up.
  • Collaborate with project management, survey, desktop, and installation teams to ensure accurate designs, pricing, and timely project execution.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring no lead is missed and tracking all interactions and project updates.
  • Drive sales by effectively converting leads into HEA & works contracts and ensuring smooth handover to project management.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and generating referrals.
  • Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, addressing questions and empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights into pipeline progression and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector, and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
