A seasoned clinical nurse leader is sought to oversee daily clinical operations in a reputable healthcare setting. This esteemed role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to leverage strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Sustain seamless execution of resident care plans by overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing mentorship, support, and clinical guidance to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Manage staff rosters based on clinical requirements and resource availability to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate staff development initiatives to enhance professional growth.
- E nsure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board.
- Minimum 2 years' management or supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and proven leadership ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
- Garda Vetting clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Full-time, permanent role in a reputable nursing home.
- Competitive salary – starting from €50,440, dependent on experience.
