Experienced Barista Needed

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused barista to join our team.

About the Role
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using Lavazza products.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our business, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Lavazza coffee products, including their origins, flavors, and preparation methods.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times.

Maintain food safety guidelines and hygiene standards throughout your shift. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and time management.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
