In this position, you will join a growing team of Architecture/Platform specialists developing a world-class data platform to support our customers, products, researchers, and back-office.

You will be playing a hands-on role to establish, lead and evolve the Data Governance vision, defining scope and priorities for developing, deploying and/or improving data management standards, policies, and processes enhancing the quality and completeness of the data.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of data governance concepts, data quality principles, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the rolling out of a data governance framework as a key enabler of data transformation and driving the development of data quality framework, Business glossary, data quality, data lineage, and metadata.
  • Establishing, leading, and evolving the Data Governance vision.
  • Developing and driving a Workhuman-wide Data Governance strategy to manage the information life cycle effectively.
  • Working closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure it aligns with overall data governance objectives.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3 – 5+ years' experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation, with considerable influence on overall direction of data governance management
  • 10+ years of Software Development/Architecture experience

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can bring a comprehensive understanding of data warehousing and data transformation (extract, transform and load) processes, as well as excellent communication and presentational skills, confident and methodical approach, and ability to work within a team environment.
