Capital Projects Manager Job Opportunity

The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects within the Capital Works program. Key responsibilities include assembling and managing design teams, managing consultants, and advising on optimum design solutions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a series of projects annually as part of the overall Capital Works program in FM for internal customers.
  • Assemble and manage design teams to carry out necessary work and provide relevant services for projects.
  • Manage consultants on each project in line with policies to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Act as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) on relevant projects and advise on optimum design solutions for building projects.
  • Manage stakeholders and provide timely reporting on projects progress and issues to stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • Ensure compliance with planning and building regulatory framework and legislation along with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years relevant work experience.
  • Relevant 3rd Level qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • SafePass certification required.
  • Strong experience in construction Project Management.
  • Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan work to deadlines.
