This exciting opportunity as a Senior Finance Professional presents a chance to lead key finance functions and drive growth within our organization.

As a member of our team of 10 professionals, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for:

  • Driving Financial Performance: Preparing weekly and monthly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensuring Operational Efficiency: Managing stock levels and inventory movements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Providing Strategic Insights: Preparing the monthly board pack with detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Streamlining Processes: Managing AR and AP functions to ensure smooth cash flow and payment processes.
  • Identifying Areas for Improvement: Overseeing revenue returns from UK, Ireland, and Europe to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Working closely with the finance team to achieve key performance targets across all business areas.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager in similar roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills to analyze complex financial data and create insightful reports.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is an advantage but not necessary.
  • A strong desire to work in an office-based environment in Ireland.
